THE RECEPTION

The reception is open limited hours. You can access the hotel at any time using your room key and the code provided.  Our service phone is manned all day and night if you need assistance outside of the receptions opening hours. 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
You are welcome to check-in after 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out is before 12 o’clock at noon on the day of departure.

BREAKFAST AT DIALOG HOTELS

Breafast is always included when staying with us. Coffee, tea and various juices are offered together with several options of yogurt, muesli ingredients , cereals, cheeses, charcuteries and vegetables. Warm options, such as bacon, beans, meatballs and eggs are also served, as well as several kinds of bread and fruit. Of course, we also have options for vegans or those with allergies.

KIOSK

In the reception we have a small kiosk where you can buy sweets, drinks, snacks and other necessities. 

PARKING
Communal parking spaces are located just outside the hotel. You pay your parking fee directly in the meter. 

PETS

Your furry friend is more than welcome to stay with us.  Additional charges may apply.

Two hotels are located in Stockholm. In greater Gothenburg we now operate four hotels. In addition to the hotels, Hotel Solutions i Stockholm AB also operates restaurants/bars under the brand name Tsushima, Chichi's Corner and Restaurant Fars Hatt.
